First we broke up and removed a tiled floor as the new heated floor would be Oak finish.

Next the skirting boards were removed and a liquid screed was applied to even out the floor area.

Once the screed had dried a layer of quality branded under floor heating insulation was added. This is a must to ensure heat is not waisted.

New under floor custom designed heating elements laid along with a floor probe and Vapour barrier to protect the new elements from water ingress.

All wiring complete, wifi time clock controller with a mobile app so the customer can control the temperature and time patterns for the new underfloor heating.
